Our HomePortal makes it easy to stay on top of your swimming lessons, even outside office hours. By registering, you can:

If you have more than one child swimming with us, your sibling discount is automatically applied to their account, allowing you to top up for both/all children online with ease.
Direct Debit Option – Never Miss a Payment!
If you swim at Lexden, Stanway, or Chelmsford, we can help you set up a Direct Debit at any time. Simply let us know, and we’ll send you a link or arrange it over the phone.
Planned Absences & Make-Up Classes
If you need to notify us of an absence, simply message us via WhatsApp or email. Save our WhatsApp number so you have it handy: 07767 510524.
🏊 Make-Up Classes: You’re eligible for one make-up class every 7 weeks if you notify us by 9:00 AM on the day of your class. To book, give us a call on 01206 483933 (Full make-up policy available here – Read FAQs.)
