Hi, I’m Sam.
I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Anna since 2014. We have two wonderful kids (sometimes!)—Alexander and Sofia—both have been swimming at Mini Swimming since they were 6 weeks old and still love their weekly lessons.
I joined Mini Swimming in 2013, coming from a very different background in tourism and heritage. I have taught across all sites but am now mainly based at the Stanway and Lexden Pools. As Head of Operations and a Senior Teacher, I love getting to know the kids and their families. It’s incredibly fulfilling—not only teaching a vital life skill but being part of the bigger Mini Swimming family.
Sam is an enthusiastic and dedicated swim teacher who brings energy and care to every lesson. He makes classes fun and engaging, supports each swimmer’s progress, and goes above and beyond to train new teachers. His passion for teaching and helping others truly stands out.
